Deverhood provides platforms that allows user to record and to store medical related information. User is fully responsible for taking all reasonable steps to ensure that no unauthorized person shall have access to their passwords or accounts. The Company’s trademarks, including but not limited to the company’s name, logo, related names, logos, designs and slogans, and service marks are trademarks and properties of Deverhood Company Limited. RESERVATION OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

Deverhood Company Limited is based and registered in Bangkok, Thailand with head office located in Bangkok, Thailand, and is governed, protected by and construed under and in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. As a result, this agreement and your use of the web, along with all information contained herein and in the web shall be, without regard to any choice of law or conflict of laws rules or provisions, governed and construed under and in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. In the event any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms of Use between Deverhood and the User shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court of competent jurisdiction in Thailand.
